Plan delivery with the product brief

Tell us the destination country or region, city and postal code, together with the required models and quantities. If you have a freight forwarder or a particular delivery requirement, include those details in your message.

Packaging, dispatch arrangements, freight charges and the planned schedule need to be confirmed for the particular supply. The website does not calculate a delivery charge or publish a universal shipping service.

Before confirming an arrangement

• Confirm the delivery address and the party who will receive the goods.
• Check which transport, packaging and documentation arrangements are included in the written quotation.
• Ask which costs are included and which need to be arranged separately.
• Review the proposed timing with LONGLIN rather than treating a requested date as an accepted commitment.

Samples and other parcels

Samples, customer-supplied parts and returns can have different handling arrangements from a product shipment. Contact us before sending a parcel so the destination and reference can be confirmed.
