Can I leave the size undecided?
Yes. Leave the dimension choice as “Confirm with Longlin” and explain the application in your message. A model can have several different dimension rows, so the final specification should be confirmed before ordering.
Are all models available in all finishes?
The catalogue shows specific model-and-finish combinations. A finish in the general palette does not mean it is available on every model. Ask us to review any combination that is not shown.
Can you work from a drawing or sample?

What does the material description mean?
Selected product tables identify the material as brass 57-3. Refer to the chosen product table and request confirmation of material requirements for your quotation. The finish name describes appearance and is not a statement about a particular coating process.
Is there a minimum quantity or standard lead time?
